Job summary

Advocates is seeking a BCBA to oversee ABA services for children and families in Massachusetts. The role includes supervision of staff, program design, and participation in assessments, reports, and treatment planning.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate client records, develop curricula, and train families to support carryover at home. Master’s degree required with BCBA certification and LABA licensure in MA; at least two years of experience with autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification and MA LABA licensure requirements.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee caseload and supervise ABA staff to deliver effective services.
• Design and implement staff training programs for professional development.
• Participate in clinical facets: assessment, goal development, reports, and treatment implementation.
• Maintain client records, reports, and clinical notes with accuracy.
• Develop student curricula and measurement systems; provide parent trainings for carryover.
