Job summary

Autism Care Partners (ACP) in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead clinical and supervisory efforts within our autism intervention services. You will supervise staff, oversee treatment plans, and ensure fidelity to behavioral protocols while supporting families and staff under the Clinical Director’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure is required.
• LBA/LABA licensure is required in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for each insurance authorization period.
• Conduct initial skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on treatment goals.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program and behavioral protocols.
• Oversee data collection by direct staff.
• Attend weekly meetings.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Maintain essential supervision functions with adjusted billing expectations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director on additional tasks.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA licensure

LBA / LABA licensure (in required states)
