Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field and BACB-approved ABA coursework.
- At least 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Experience with children with autism and related disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and supervise treatment plans for patients on caseload (up to 200 hours).
- Provide feedback and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and support staff.
- Monitor and analyze patient data to adapt treatment plans and progress.
- Collaborate with caregivers to improve home-based ABA strategies.
- Work with a team of clinicians to foster belonging and inclusion.
