Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring for an Assistant Clinical Director BCBA to lead and grow our clinical services nationwide. You will supervise a team of RBTs, implement evidence-based ABA plans, and partner with families to maximize outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA with BACB-approved coursework.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Passion for growth, innovation, and building a strong clinical program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical standards.
• Monitor data to adjust treatment plans and progress metrics.
• Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ABA consistency at home.
• Collaborate with Bloomwell teammates to foster belonging and a positive environment.
