Job summary

Bloomwell ABA in the United States is hiring for an Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services and supervise a team of RBTs across our autism programs. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in ABA (BACB-approved coursework) and at least 3 years of BCBA experience, with a passion for growth, teamwork, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA with BACB-approved coursework.
• At least 3 years of BCBA experience.
• Experience working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients on your caseload.
• Supervise, provide feedback and ensure adherence to Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards for RBTs and staff.
• Monitor patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize progress.
• Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure ABA strategies are implemented at home.
• Collaborate with Bloomwell teammates to foster a positive belonging-focused environment.
