Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Shawnee, KS is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure high-quality treatment aligned with state and insurance guidelines.

You will collaborate with parents, treatment teams, and caregivers to tailor interventions, monitor progress, and support transition planning.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of ABA experience with autism.
