Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of center and home-based ABA programs for children with autism. You will ensure quality treatment, collaborate with clinical staff, and guide program development while coordinating insurance authorization and funding processes.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision and management of center and home-based intervention programs and treatment teams.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and forms to secure funding for services and staff management.
