Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Overland Park, KS seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA intervention programs for children on the autism spectrum.

Join a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality treatment, training staff, coordinating with families, and ensuring standards of care in line with state and insurer guidelines. Prior supervision and clinical leadership experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed and meet state requirements.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with clients on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services: assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure standards of care per state and insurer guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with parents, aiming for developmentally appropriate outcomes.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality treatment.
• Develop supervisees' skills and supervise others while meeting certification requirements.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks: reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
