Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Behavior Analyst to design and oversee individualized behavior support plans for students, guiding clinical teams through assessment, data analysis, and plan implementation to help each student thrive.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising staff, and collaborating with families to support student progress and success in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
• At least two years of experience developing and implementing behavior programs.
• Advanced knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Eligibility to meet BCBA supervision standards within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Consultants and clinical staff.
• Review and analyze behavioral data to guide program adjustments.
• Lead staff training on behavior intervention and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success.
