New Story Schools is seeking a licensed Behavior Analyst to design and oversee individualized support plans for students with autism and behavioral challenges. You will guide clinical teams through assessment, data analysis, and plan implementation to promote meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
• At least two years of experience developing and implementing behavior programs.
• Advanced knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Consultants and clinical staff
• Review and analyze behavioral data to guide program adjustments
• Lead staff training on behavior intervention and best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success
