Job summary

Autism Care Partners (ACP) seeks a Clinical Director to lead our center-based programs. You will supervise BCBAs, BTs/RBTs, and interdisciplinary staff while maintaining a clinical caseload to meet billing expectations.

Your role ensures high-quality, evidence-based treatment delivery and ongoing program development. Education includes a Master’s in Behavior Analysis with BCBA; licensure as a State Behavior Analyst is required, and at least 3 years of BCBA experience with autism is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis; BCBA required.
• State Behavior Analyst licensure required.
• At least 3 years of BCBA experience; 2+ years with children diagnosed with autism.
• Supervise staff as part of leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of a center-based program.
• Supervise the team of center-based BCBAs and related staff.
• Carry a clinical caseload to meet billing expectations.
• Monitor and improve quality of clinical care and treatment programs.
• Provide supervision to BCBA mentees and meet BCBA supervision requirements.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans.
