Job summary

ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) in Hawaii is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our elite team. You will design and implement tailored ABA programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families and educators, and track progress with data-driven reports.

We offer a strong compensation package with starting salary $100,000–$115,000 plus up to $30,000 in annual incentives, relocation assistance up to $10,000, 21 paid days off, comprehensive benefits,

Qualifications

BCBA certification required for eligibility and practice.
Experience developing and implementing client ABA programs.
Ability to train and supervise entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

Caseload support for clients funded by education and insurance providers.
Design, develop, and implement tailored ABA programs.
Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure quality care.
Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians delivering direct services.
Use data collection tools to track progress and update reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to fulfill ACES mission.
