Job summary

Applied ABC in Hawaii is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based settings, with per diem or full-time salaried roles. You will deliver individualized ABA services in a school environment, collaborating with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.

The role includes clinical support from a Staffing Coordinator, an assigned Case Manager, and access to ATrack, plus a competitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
