Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a BCBA for full-time, permanent work overseeing center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. Compensation ranges from $72,144 to $86,572.80 per year, with full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst per state requirements.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience providing services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services, including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Coordinate care with other providers and handle insurance authorizations.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with family collaboration.
• Evaluate and adjust treatment using Caravel QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality care.
• Mentor supervisees to develop independent clinical skills and meet certification requirements.
• Prepare reports, insurance reviews, and funding documentation in a timely manner.
