Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed analyst to lead and supervise ABA services for children with autism. The role includes assessment, program planning, progress monitoring, and coordination with families and insurers.

You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to state and insurer guidelines, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize treatment intensity and transitions for clients and families served by our growing program.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or be a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and collaborating with families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, and insurance coordination.
• Ensure standards of care are followed per state guidelines and insurer requirements.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning in collaboration with parents and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using the Caravel QET measure and supervise staff to develop clinical skills.
• Train and supervise all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
