Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the ABA Therapy Department at the assigned center. The role combines clinical oversight with supervisory responsibilities, guiding BCBAs and ABA interns to ensure high-quality care for clients and families.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA certification, a master’s degree, and strong leadership and communication skills, with experience supervising teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• BACB-verified BCBA certification with at least 2 years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Must be a BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Completion of eight-hour online, competency-based training on BACB experience standards and PCM training.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or training provided on site.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and procedures for ABA.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship of BCBAs and ABA interns at the center.
• Assist in clinical tasks such as assessments, designing interventions, and writing reports.
• Educate staff to adhere to the BACB Ethical Code.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing to create clinical process resources.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for new staff.
• Review resumes and assist in hiring BCBA candidates.
• Coordinate RBT training and competency assessments.
• Assist Operations with planning service delivery and scheduling.
