Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead the ABA Therapy Department at the assigned center. You will oversee supervision, program design, caregiver education, and collaborative care across disciplines.

The role requires a BCBA with at least two years’ experience, BACB certification, and strong leadership. Flexible scheduling with remote days is offered, plus a competitive benefits package and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.
• National Certification by BACB.
• Must be a BACB Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, with a minimum of two (2) year’s experience as a BCBA (preferred).
• Completion of eight (8) hour online, competency-based training module on BACB experience standards and completion of Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred or will train on site.
• Safety Care Certified preferred or will train on site.
• Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards.
• Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
• Must possess strong communications and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines, from remote location(s).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines and produce high quality deliverables with attention to details.
• Uphold and maintain BYS core principles, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship of BCBAs and ABA interns within their assigned center.
• Support and assist BCBAs with assessments, designing interventions and caregiver education to ensure quality intervention services.
• Educate ABA staff to practice ethical behavioral analysis per BACB codes.
• Assist HR/Marketing with resources related to clinical processes for onboarding and education.
• Monitor scheduling records and expense reimbursements for accuracy.
• Ensure completion of SOAP notes and billable service records.
