Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services in Colorado Springs seeks a Clinical Supervisor to help lead the ABA Therapy Department. You will supervise BCBAs and interns, coordinate clinical tasks, and ensure quality intervention services and ethical standards.

The role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, with at least two years of BCBA experience preferred. Hybrid work with two remote days weekly, full benefits, and a strong focus on staff development and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• National Certification by BACB and BCBA credential required.
• Minimum 2 years as a BCBA with supervisory experience preferred.
• Competency in PCM training and professional crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BCBAs and ABA interns within the center.
• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and billable service hours.
• Collaborate with HR/Marketing to develop clinical resources.
• Participate in staff, family, and management meetings as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and recruiting for BCBA candidates.
