Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services seeks an Assistant Clinical Supervisor to support the Clinical Supervisor in leading the ABA Therapy Department. The role emphasizes supervision, documentation, and staff development across BCBA, BT/RBT teams.

The position offers full-time hours with occasional evenings/weekends, and remote flexibility. A Master’s degree and BACB certification are required, with licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• BACB Behavior Analyst Certification.
• Active State Licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Supervisor with enforcing ABA Therapy standards.
• Supervise clinical procedures and staff.
• Verify SOAP notes and scheduling records.
• Assist in audits of BCBA/RBT documentation.
• Participate in staff/family/management meetings.
• Coordinate onboarding and supervision of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Support cross-disciplinary collaboration.
