Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor to help lead the ABA Therapy Department at the assigned center. You will define problems, collect data, establish facts, and present information to top management, while supervising BCBA/RBT staff and ensuring ethical practice.

The role offers full-time hours with some evenings/weekends as needed, remote flexibility (2 days per week), and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.
• National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Active State Licensure (as applicable)
• Must be a BACB Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, with a minimum of two (2) year experience as a BCBA (preferred).
• Completion of eight (8) hour online, competency-based training module on BACB experience standards

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Supervisor with enforcing standards for ABA Therapy.
• Supervise clinical procedures and staff education to adhere to BACB guidelines.
• Confirm completed SOAP notes and scheduling records.
• Assist in quarterly auditing of BCBA and RBT documentation.
• Participate in staff, family, and management meetings as needed.
• Assist onboarding and RBT training activities.
