Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to help lead the ABA Therapy Department at their assigned center. The role includes supervising BCBAs and interns, upholding professional standards, and collaborating with senior leadership to enhance client care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA Board Certification with at least 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Eight-hour online competency-based BACB training on experience standards.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or will train on site.
• Safety Care certification preferred or will train on site.
• Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce standards for ABA Therapy to maintain high quality of care.
• Provide supervision and mentorship of BCBAs and ABA interns within their assigned center.
• Assist HR and Marketing with clinical process resources and onboarding materials.
• Confirm accurate expense reimbursements and scheduling records for billable hours.
• Act as clinical liaison in staff, family, and management meetings as needed.
• Collaborate on onboarding and orientation for new staff with leadership team.
• Lead hiring and interviewing efforts for BCBA candidates and therapists.
