Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the ABA Therapy Department at the assigned center. You will supervise BCBAs and interns, assist with assessments and reports, and ensure adherence to BACB ethics. Role supports remote flexibility with in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• National Certification by BACB (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst with minimum two years of BCBA experience.
• Completion of eight-hour online, competency-based training on BACB experience standards and PCM training.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship of BCBAs and ABA interns.
• Assist with clinical tasks: assessments, intervention design, reports, caregiver education.
• Educate staff on ethical behavior analysis per BACB code.
• Support HR/Marketing with clinical resources for onboarding, outreach, conferences.
