Job summary

Intercare Therapy provides evidence‐based behavioral therapies for autism, aiming to enhance independence and quality of life for clients and families. The Center Launch BCBA role provides clinical leadership, feedback, and instructions to promote client success under supervision.

You will ensure high-quality practice, client progress, and customer satisfaction while supervising teams, conducting assessments, and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum billable hours (average 5 hours/day).
• Supervise Program Manager team for minimum billable hours.
• Provide BACB-standard supervision and feedback.
• Conduct ABLLS-R / AFLS / VB-MAPP assessments.
• Document per BACB standards for RBTs/BCaBA/BCBA.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and analyses.
• Provide BST-based training to teachers and parents.
• Attend IEP/teams meetings and present goals and interventions.
