Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network in Richmond is seeking a Center-Based BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to serve as Clinical Supervisor with a small caseload and a supportive team. You will lead BCBA colleagues and collaborate with in-house SLP and OT to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and licensure by state medical board are required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with autism/communication disorders.
• Strong ethics adherence to BACB standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists, including monthly check-ins.
• Provide weekly client observations and feedback to therapists.
• Complete funder-required supervision notes, reports, and documentation.
• Develop and present in-service trainings to improve team competencies.
• Provide initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, FBA, ABLLS-R).
• Develop/oversee treatment plans and update them based on data.
• Oversee family training integrating evidence-based strategies at home or in natural environments.
• Meet with families to review progress and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with outside teams (IEP team, SLP, OT).
