Recognizing Children's Gifts Behavioral Health Network in Richmond, VA is seeking a Center-Based BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for a Clinical Supervisor role with a small caseload and leadership responsibilities. You will supervise ABA Therapists, collaborate with SLP and OT, and ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed by the Board of Medicine.
• At least 2 years of experience with autism and/or communication disorders.
• Adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists with monthly check-ins.
• Weekly clinical observation of clients and feedback to therapists.
• Complete funder-required supervision notes and reports promptly.
• Develop and present in-service training to improve team competencies.
• Oversee assessments like VB-MAPP, FBA, ABLLS-R and update treatment plans.
