Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Program Supervisor in the Richmond, Virginia area (Henrico). You will lead client treatment from assessment through delivery, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and schools to implement evidence-based ABA programs.

The role offers a base salary with an incentive bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to expand access to care across Virginia through clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required; supervisory experience in ABA preferred.
• Experience working with children and families in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and treatment plans.
• Serve as clinical lead and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor data, adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Provide family training and support; meet with caregivers.
• Collaborate with schools and professionals across settings.
• Promote ABA concepts through training and presentations.
