Acorn Health in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Program Supervisor in the Henrico area. You will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery, lead a clinical team, and collaborate with families across centers, homes, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism treatment and children across ages.
• Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor and review client programs to analyze data, measure progress and adjust plans.
• Observe program implementation and provide intervention training as needed.
• Collaborate with families, provide training and support.
• Meet with primary caregivers to discuss observations and concerns.
• Coordinate with schools and partners to share information and implement programs.
• Promote ABA awareness through trainings and presentations.
