Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification and PA licensed behavior specialist.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Function in a supervisory capacity and oversee programming for Behavior Technicians.
• Assist in development and training in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Provide resources and support information for clients and families.
• Supervise and mentor staff and ensure documentation of treatment plans.
• Develop and implement assessment tools and behavior plans.
• Maintain data collection and analyze progress to inform programming.
