Attain ABA, based in Scranton, PA, is seeking a BCBA Supervisor to design and direct ABA treatment plans for clients located in homes and communities. You will supervise technicians, conduct assessments, and mentor BCBA candidates while collaborating with families for optimal outcomes.

The role emphasizes field supervision, coordination with a treatment team, and ongoing professional development, with competitive compensation and benefits. Remote and travel to client homes are involved.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or Education required.
• BCBA certification issued by the BACB required.
• State license as required in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in home and community settings.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision for clients as required by the treatment plan.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.
• Review session notes and data to monitor client progress and BT proficiency.
• Provide parent training and support to families.
