Neuro S.P.A.C.E. ABA LLC seeks a qualified ABA professional to lead and supervise behavior service delivery across Central Pennsylvania. The role requires a BCBA, PA licensure, and experience working with children/adolescents in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required for BCBA role.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Behavior Specialist in PA for IBHS compliance.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with children/adolescents preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and feedback to BTs, RBTs, and staff.
• Deliver ABA services in home, school, community, or center settings.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in IBHS/HIPAA payer requirements.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support goals.
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold BACB and PA regulations.
