Reaching Beyond Limits is seeking a BCBA to supervise and coordinate ABA services for clients and families. You will oversee Behavior Technicians, guide program development, and ensure documentation aligns with treatment plans.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and PA licensure, with a strong focus on supervision, data-driven progress, and collaboration with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Be licensed in Pennsylvania as a behavior specialist.

Responsibilities

• Supervise programming for Behavior Technicians and oversee ABA services.
• Assist in development, facilitation, and follow-up training in ABA.
• Provide resources and support information to clients and families.
