Job summary

Excel Prep is seeking a Lead BCBA to assess and oversee ABA programs for individuals with ASD and related needs. The role includes supervising RBTs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with families and school teams to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.

You will conduct FBAs and data-driven progress reviews, ensure ethical and BACB-compliant practice, and contribute to professional development across the team, with flexibility for travel between settings as caseload requires.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized BIPs.
• Oversee and monitor data collection to ensure progress tracking.
• Provide direct instruction and behavioral support as needed.
• Supervise and train RBTs and staff in ABA principles and implementation.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate behavior plans into daily routines.
• Review and adjust treatment plans based on data and client progress.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and BACB standards.
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation of services provided.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain certification and enhance skills.
