Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required/preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for clients.
• Provide clinical supervision of supervisors/BCaBAs and staff.
• Deliver individual and group learning sessions to meet goals.
• Supervise and guide mid-level staff and direct care team.
• Conduct assessments, write goals, analyze data, and report progress.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools.
• Oversee implementation of behavioral plans and adaptive skills.
• Coordinate family and school consultations to support care plans.
• Maintain session schedules and handle adjustments as needed.
