LightPath Behavioral Solutions Inc. in Orange County seeks an experienced BCBA to join as Clinical Director, leading ABA services and upholding high clinical and ethical standards.

This leadership role includes supervising staff, overseeing assessments, treatment planning, data reviews, and collaboration with families and schools. In-home services cover Orange County with hybrid remote options. Competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-home services within Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians/RBTs and clinical staff.
• Conduct and oversee initial and ongoing ABA assessments.
• Develop, review, and approve individualized treatment plans.
• Review client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.
• Provide parent/caregiver training.
• Ensure appropriate clinical documentation and timely completion of reports.
• Monitor treatment integrity and quality of services.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and funding-source requirements.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and development of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with company leadership regarding clinical operations and growth.
• Communicate with families, funding sources, schools, and other providers when appropriate.
• Help establish and maintain company-wide clinical policies and standards.
