Burnett Therapeutic Services in Modesto, CA seeks an ABA Supervisor to support BCBA supervision hours, oversee Behavior Technicians, and develop individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents up to 18.

You will conduct assessments, create plans, and guide families and staff to implement effective interventions in-home, school, and clinic settings, with afternoons/evenings and some weekends required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in implementing behavior modification interventions or similar role.
• Availability to work a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability).
• Ability to pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Physical (past year) and TB Test (past 90 days).
• Must have reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a driver’s license (for in-person work).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Travel is required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays, in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Deliver both individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve treatment goals.
• Train, supervise, and provide guidance to Behavior Interventionists to ensure proper implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-III) and set target behaviors with BCBA guidance.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans that promote adaptive skills and functional communication.
• Engage with families to model and teach intervention strategies for daily routines.
• Analyze data, evaluate progress, and provide written reports to maintain evidence-based practices.
• Establish supportive relationships with clients, families, and staff to foster collaboration.
• Manage ABA session schedules and coordinate in-home and clinic-based activities.
• Meet with families regularly to review progress and refine intervention strategies.
• Work primarily with children and adolescents up to 18 years of age.

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field
