Job summary
EnerSys Advanced Systems seeks an experienced technical professional to support installation and troubleshooting of batteries and related equipment. You will investigate customer reports, coordinate with laboratories for analysis, and help prevent future issues through proactive technical assistance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent plus industry/military experience.
- Strong ability to read/interpret business, technical, and regulatory documents.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for training, meetings, and support.
Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, and supports activities installing batteries and equipment.
- Investigates and resolves customer reports of technical problems with batteries and charging systems.
- Eliminates future issues by performing duties in essential areas with cross-functional teams.
- Provides technical support and training on EnerSys products and battery tech.
- Collaborates with laboratories for analysis and defect understanding.
- Maintains safety and environmental compliance in daily operations.
