Responsibilities

• Leads and directs a team of engineers and projects to achieve goals.
• Monitors performance and creates a results-driven culture aligned with Battery CoE strategies.
• Performs design, modeling, simulation, and implementation of battery solutions (modules, packs, BMS).
• Develops technical requirements and creates technical reports/presentations.
• Mentors team members and stays current with latest battery technologies.
