Job summary

Eaton seeks a Battery Team Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead a cross-functional group developing battery modules, packs, and BMS for Power Electronics CoE. Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally may be required, and you will guide projects from concept through delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, deep battery knowledge, and hands-on design, modeling, and validation Experience with global teams and suppliers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in battery tech or related field.
• Minimum 2 years engineering team leadership or technical management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs a team of engineers and projects to achieve goals.
• Monitors and reports on overall performance; drives a performance-based culture.
• Performs design, modeling, simulation, and implementation of battery solutions.
• Develops technical requirements and creates technical reports and presentations.
• Mentors team members and strengthens technical capability.
• Stays current with battery technologies and business trends.
