Eaton is seeking an experienced Battery Team Manager for its Power Electronics (PE) and Battery Centers of Excellence (CoE) team in Raleigh, NC. Position requires up to 15% domestic and international travel.
Eaton’s PE-Battery CoE accelerates the company’s growth by developing power electronics platforms and common hardware building blocks that are scalable, cost-effective, and manufacturable. These platforms and blocks, along with standardized design methodologies, can be adopted by multiple business units, providing a foundation for rapidly developing innovative products.
The team manager will be responsible for leading and directing a team of engineers and internal projects, as well as designing and building innovative battery solutions for Eaton’s products. This position requires a technically strong engineer with leadership skills capable of managing a cross‑functional team and collaborating with global teams.
