Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in EE/ME/manufacturing or physical sciences with energy storage focus; 3+ years designing and testing ESS.
• Ownership of battery pack design and prototype assembly.
• Experience delivering high-performance ESS with technical ownership.
• Experience taking ESS from prototype to production.
• Familiarity with BMS design, algorithms, and validation.
• Familiarity with battery cell characterization methods and modeling in MATLAB/Simulink.
• CAD experience with CATIA/NX/SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of UN38.3, NAVSEA S9310 or equivalent battery safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end ESS delivery from concept to production under accelerated timelines.
• Serve as the main interface between Core Battery Group and product teams.
• Define ESS requirements from user stories and CONOPs.
• Lead battery cell selection through de-risking and validation.
• Lead design iterations with mechanical engineering for production readiness.
• Support manufacturing ramp with validation and DFMEAs.
• Hands-on battery bring-up, testing, debugging, and vehicle integration work.
• Sustain fielded ESSs through root-cause analysis and countermeasures.
