You will guide testing programs, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and IP teams, with travel up to 30% to support customer engagements and product launches.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in lithium-ion battery cell development.
• Experience across full cell development cycle from concept to mass production.
• Hands-on testing and data interpretation of cell performance, life, degradation.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical interface with U.S. OEMs on cell design.
• Translate vehicle and pack requirements to cell specs.
• Develop test methods and validation strategies.
• Lead cell design reviews and workshops.
• Travel up to 30% domestically/internationally.
• Collaborate with DFMEAs/PFMEAs and APQP processes.
