Job summary

You will lead technical discussions, coordinate workshops, and manage cross-functional teams with engineering and commercial units to meet program milestones and delivery goals. The role requires extensive experience in automotive/EV programs, strong English communication, and willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive, EV, or energy storage product development.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or equivalent customer-facing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of Li-ion battery cell and/or battery pack systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for US customers throughout battery cell and/or pack development programs.
• Lead customer engagement, including technical discussions, program reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Lead and facilitate technical meetings and workshops; ensure documentation, action tracking, and alignment with internal teams and customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams through RFI/RFQ processes and technical proposals with engineering and commercial teams.
• Develop and manage detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
