• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, execute, and monitor batch jobs across environments.
• Maintain production environment consistency and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Shell, PowerShell, Ansible).
• Provide advanced technical support to IT and operations teams.
• Generate dashboards and reports on job performance and reliability.
