Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Controls Project Manager to oversee all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—in the Miami area. You will manage schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications include a BS in a related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years of project management in BAS/HVAC, and 7+ years in Building Automation/HVAC. Nice-to-have: experience with Tridium Niagara n4.

• 5+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space.
• 7+ years of experience in Building automation/HVAC Controls industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades.
• Manage schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations in the Miami area.
