Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Controls Project Manager to oversee all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—in the Miami area. You will manage schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications include a BS in a related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years of project management in BAS/HVAC, and 7+ years in Building Automation/HVAC. Nice-to-have: experience with Tridium Niagara n4.

Job Details

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations in the Miami area. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space
• 7+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Tridium Niagara n4
