Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Building Automation Systems.
• Experience managing commercial projects ranging from $250K to $10M+.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is required.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills and effective leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple BAS projects simultaneously including new construction, retrofit, and upgrade projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Review mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
• Oversee commissioning processes to ensure systems meet specifications.
• Utilize PM software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam to track progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and communicate updates to stakeholders.
