Job summary

Jobot seeks a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee all phases of BAS/HVAC projects in the Ft. Meade and Baltimore region. You will lead timelines, budgets, resources, and subcontractors while communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space.
• 7+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations in the Ft. Meade and Baltimore area.
• Manage schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.
