Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year bartending experience at a full-service bar.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the role.
• Ability to prioritize, respond promptly, work under pressure, multi-task, and remain hospitable to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, seat, and take food and beverage orders. Serve guests in accordance with company standards.
• Adhere to all beverage pour and recipe standards.
• Communicate inventory needs to appropriate manager.
• Knowledgable of all food, wine, beer, alcohol, and specialty cocktails; provide wine knowledge and pairing suggestions.
