Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and spirits.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks to guests per recipes and quality standards.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Engage guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and upsell drinks/food.
• Process payments and manage cash, cards, and tips with accurate bills.
• Assist in bar setup, close, and inventory, including stock replenishment.
• Train new bartenders and barbacks on drink recipes and procedures.
