Job summary

Sincere Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Bartender to deliver friendly, professional beverage service in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain a clean bar, and manage guest transactions while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have prior bartending or hospitality experience, with relevant certifications (TABC, Food Handler) and strong guest service skills. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending, food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Have or be capable of obtaining all required alcohol service certifications, such as TABC certification when applicable.
• Have or be capable of obtaining Food Handler certification or other certification requirements.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and basic beverage preparation.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately.
• Ability to remain professional and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with other hotel departments.
